Job summary

OCS Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Chef to join our Catering team on a shift pattern including weekdays and weekends. You will be responsible for delivering high quality food and drink to clients and site visitors, ensuring excellent service and consistency.

The role requires strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene, the ability to manage stock, control budgets and minimise waste, and a collaborative approach to work with the wider team and Senior Chef in their absence.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong focus on high food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Experience in contract catering is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality and taste are of the highest standard.
• Manage inventory and order raw materials.
• Control budgets and minimise wastage.
• Maintain health and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Prepare and cook for clients and customers.
• Support the site in the absence of the Senior Chef.
