Qualifications

• Proven telephone-based inside or consultative B2C sales experience.
• Strong telephone and written communication; able to explain technical information simply.
• Target-driven and resilient with strong customer focus.
• Excellent organization and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new and existing leads by phone and email to understand needs.
• Explain product options, benefits, costs and installation journey clearly.
• Present proposals, handle objections and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with notes, next steps and forecasts.
• Meet activity, conversion and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with survey, design, technical and operations teams for smooth handover.
