Job summary

Ferrovial is recruiting a High Speed Rail - Cable Management Design Engineer to support the HS2 Track Infrastructure Contract from our Birmingham office. You will coordinate CMS design across interfaces and ensure buildable, compliant solutions.

This role offers exposure to one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects, with opportunities to develop railway systems integration expertise and contribute to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Railway Engineering.
• Experience in the railway industry and multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Cable Management System (CMS) design across the HS2 Track Infrastructure Contract.
• Manage CMS interfaces with permanent/temporary works, rail systems, and civil disciplines.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design deliverables; ensure compliance with standards and CDM.
