Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a DRIVE Case Practitioner for a full-time fixed-term role (3 years) to tackle high-risk, high-harm domestic abuse. You will manage a complex caseload across multi-agency partners, delivering individualized risk reduction and safeguarding outcomes for victims and children.

You will work within Strength to Change to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions, coordinate with MAPPA and MARAC meetings, and ensure accountability for change in a demanding public

Qualifications

• Experience with domestic abuse and safeguarding practices.
• Ability to develop risk management and intervention plans.
• Skilled at engaging high-risk perpetrators and coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-risk perpetrators to reduce risk and promote change.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with police, probation, social care and DA services.
• Maintain case records and contribute to MARAC/MATAC proceedings.
• Provide specialist guidance on safeguarding adults and children.
