The People Pod is recruiting a Site Manager for a major high-rise residential project in Luton. You will work beside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and manage façade/envelope and internal works to programme and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring prior high-rise site management experience, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of QA, safety, and site logistics.

Competenze

• Previous Site Manager experience on high-rise residential / multi-storey projects.
• Exposure to façade/envelope packages and internal construction works.
• Confident managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics.
• Good understanding of QA, building safety and site compliance.
• Organised, proactive and capable in a busy construction environment.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Luton up to £55,000 + Package

We're recruiting a Site Manager to join the delivery team on a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton.

Working alongside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards across façade/envelope and internal construction packages.

What we're looking for:

• Previous Site Manager experience on high-rise residential / multi-storey projects.

• Exposure to both façade/envelope packages and internal construction works.

• Confident managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics.

• Good understanding of QA, building safety and site compliance.

• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy construction environment.
