Job summary

The People Pod is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a landmark high-rise residential scheme in Luton. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage Site Managers and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and delivery across façade/envelope and internal works.

You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and bring hands-on leadership to a complex delivery, ensuring build quality and safety compliance across multi-storey works.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-rise residential and envelope packages.
• Track record in multi-storey sequencing, logistics, and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements.
• Strong leadership with hands-on site delivery mindset.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate Site Managers.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain to meet programme.
• Ensure quality, safety, and delivery across façade and internal works.

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll lead day-to-day site operations, manage Site Managers and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and delivery across both façade/envelope and internal works.

What we're looking for:

• Strong understanding of façade/envelope packages AND internal construction works.
• Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on approach to site delivery.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
