Job summary

The People Pod is recruiting a Site Manager for a major high-rise residential project in Luton. You will work beside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and manage façade/envelope and internal works to programme and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring prior high-rise site management experience, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of QA, safety, and site logistics.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager experience on high-rise residential / multi-storey projects.
• Exposure to façade/envelope packages and internal construction works.
• Confident managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics.
• Good understanding of QA, building safety and site compliance.
• Organised, proactive and capable in a busy construction environment.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities on a significant high-rise residential scheme.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on programme and to required quality.
• Oversee façade/envelope and internal construction packages and site logistics.
• Maintain QA, safety and site compliance across the project.
