Job summary

Watkin Jones PLC in Bristol is seeking a Construction Project Manager to deliver the 890-bed Temple Island PBSA development. You will lead site operations, manage subcontractors and consultants, and drive delivery from construction through to completion.

This role requires experience in large residential schemes, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and a focus on safety, quality and programme performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-rise residential or multi-storey schemes.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors and consultants.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of a major high-rise residential development.
• Coordinate project team, subcontractors and consultants.
• Drive programme delivery and manage procurement activities.
• Monitor safety, quality, and budget against milestones.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
