Job summary

HB Reavis is seeking an ambitious Assistant Development Manager in Greater London. You will oversee the delivery of a 233-bed PBSA scheme from design to construction while managing budgets and coordinating with contractors. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in architecture or development management.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about JCT Design & Build contracts and have a strong understanding of the development lifecycle. A competitive benefits package is offered, including flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in architecture or development management.
• Experience in the London living sector (PBSA preferred).
• Solid knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, and the Building Safety Act.

Responsibilities
