NMS Recruit Ltd in Bath, South West England, seeks an experienced Project Manager focused on new build delivery to lead a major project. You will take overall responsibility for planning, coordination and execution, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality.

Ideal candidates will have proven management of medium to large-scale construction projects from inception to handover, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering PBSA, BTR or similar schemes.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, especially new builds.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and financial performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of the project objectives including programme, budget, quality and safety.
• Lead and coordinate project teams across Site Management, Commercial, Design and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance with the commercial team.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies.
