Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading frontline housing staff.
• Experience supervising staff performance, probation reviews and appraisals.
• Experience rostering and ensuring coverage across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Significant experience in supported accommodation, homelessness, housing support or related services.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, homelessness, complex needs and risk management.
• Experience handling incidents, complaints, anti-social behaviour and tenancy issues.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff to high standards.
• Strong organisation, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the service across Boston, Skegness and Spalding.
• Ensure properties are safe, compliant, well-managed and staffed.
• Develop and maintain staff rotas for weekday, evening, weekend, leave and emergencies.
• Lead, supervise and support Housing Support Officers across locations.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions, probation reviews and annual appraisals.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new staff.
• Monitor service performance against targets.
• Audit files, support records and housing management documentation.
• Act as lead escalation point for safeguarding concerns.
• Oversee management of anti-social behaviour, tenancy issues and resident concerns.
• Develop relationships with commissioners, local authorities and partners.
