Support For Ordinary Living (SOL) in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Supported Living Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality Supported Living services. You will lead staff to ensure person-centred support that respects dignity, choice and independence.

You will coach and develop teams, manage rotas and resources, and build strong relationships with families, health professionals and social work teams to achieve positive outcomes.

• Experience leading teams in health and social care settings.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Supported Living services, ensuring high standards of person-centred support.
• Coach, supervise, and develop staff to achieve strong performance and positive outcomes.
• Oversee rota planning, staffing levels, and resource management.
• Promote independence, inclusion, positive risk-taking and meaningful community participation for the people we support.
• Build effective relationships with families, health professionals, social work teams, and other partners.
• Support the recruitment, induction, retention and development of staff.
• Monitor and review support plans to reflect individual aspirations and outcomes.
• Promote the use of technology-enabled care and innovative approaches that enhance independence and choice.
• Participate in the On-Call Manager rota.
