Job summary

Seetec is seeking a Team Manager for the Accommodation Support Team to work across the south west region, coordinating Accommodation Support Officers and liaising with partners to deliver high-quality housing support services.

You will lead the team, ensure risk assessments, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to organisation-wide strategies while focussing on positive outcomes for participants. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of local and national housing issues including social deprivation and legislation.
• Knowledge of the range and breadth of housing support providers.
• Experience of working holistically with partners to achieve effective outcomes.
• A comprehensive understanding of offender management and risk management.
• Experience line managing staff or a Management qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach and develop the team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service which meets the targets, standards and outcomes required.
• Ensure accommodation staff activities are appropriately risk assessed and adhere to health and safety policy and guidance.
• Encourage the development and maintenance of partnership working, and promote good public relations.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities that could be delivered by the accommodation team.
