Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting a High Needs SEN Teacher to work in a specialist school in Chesterfield on a supply/temporary basis, starting ASAP. The role focuses on delivering differentiated lessons and supporting pupils with complex needs in a calm and structured setting.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS (or equivalent) and have experience with high-needs SEND, with collaboration across Teaching Assistants and the wider school team. Pay ranges £160-£240 per day, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with high needs
• Support pupils with complex SEND and communication needs

• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and school staff
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches to outcomes
• Follow EHCPs and school policies
