As a High Needs SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the school's SEN team to support pupils with a range of additional needs.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are desirable, although relevant experience will also be considered.
The rate of pay for this position is £95-£120 per day, depending on experience and suitability for the role. Candidates with strong, relevant experience working with high needs SEN, particularly those with a proven track record supporting pupils with complex needs, may be considered towards the higher end of the pay range. Please note that the final rate will be dependent on experience, qualifications, suitability for the role and the school's available budget.
