Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with high needs SEN.
• Support pupils to access the curriculum and reach learning goals.
• Help manage behaviour and promote positive engagement in class.
• Provide pastoral, emotional and practical support where required.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and support staff.
• Support pupils in developing confidence, independence and social skills.
• Follow individual support plans and maintain an inclusive environment.
