Qualifications

• Knowledge of medications used in anxiety, depression and other common mental health problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high intensity CBT to clients with common mental health disorders and complex problems.
• Complete requirements set by the education provider for the High Intensity Training Programme.
• Attend taught and self-study days required by the education provider.
• Record and process patient information in line with NHS Information Governance policies.
• Work with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, respecting diversity and equal opportunities.
• Uphold people’s rights and act in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures.
• Role model compassionate and inclusive leadership that engages, enables and empowers others.
• Use coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement.
• Facilitate team working and collaboration within teams, departments and across organisational boundaries.
