Job summary

Turning Point’s Total Wellbeing Luton team is hiring an High Intensity CBT Therapist to deliver evidence-based CBT within an NHS IAPT framework. The role involves managing a caseload, contributing to service standards, and pursuing CPD with supervision.

Availability for Saturday and evening work is required. The post offers a 32-day holiday entitlement rising to 34 with service, plus a joining bonus and access to in-house supervision and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate HICBT qualification (IAPT).
• BABCP accreditation or eligibility and working towards it.
• Extensive experience of working within mental health.
• Proven ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and deliver evidence-based CBT treatments.
• Work with the clinical team to maintain and develop service standards.
• Agree CPD and development plans with supervisor and line manager.
