Job summary

Total Wellbeing Luton, the NHS Talking Therapies service delivered in partnership with Turning Point, is seeking a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. You will manage a personal caseload, deliver individual and group treatments, run psychoeducation webinars, and work with the clinical team to maintain service standards.

Hybrid role with activities at Active Luton gyms and community centres. The role offers flexible working, weekend incentives, and a supportive clinical supervision framework

Qualifications

• Must hold PWP qualification with NHS Talking Therapies
• Registration as a PWP with BABCP or BPS

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload, delivering evidence-based treatments one to one and in groups
• Deliver psychoeducation workshops and webinars to businesses, organisations and community groups
• Work closely with the clinical team to maintain and develop service standards
• Contribute to the team's development of the Talking Therapies service
