Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to deliver NICE-guided CBT for adults with common mental health issues. The post sits within the Talking Therapies service and offers supervision, development and a supportive team in Cornwall.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, professional development and a collaborative working pattern with hybrid arrangements to support staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma in Psychological Therapies Practice (High Intensity CBT) or equivalent
• BABCP accredited
• Good record of Continuing Professional Development and willingness to continue this
• Desirable: HI supervisor training or equivalent
• Desirable: experience providing clinical supervision

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality CBT interventions in line with NICE guidance.
• Work with clients presenting with depression, anxiety disorders and complex presentations.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, learning and innovation.
• Receive regular clinical and case management supervision.
• Access ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialist training pathways.
• Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Meet service targets by effective caseload/time management
