Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting a Logistics Shift Manager to join our high performing Logistics Solutions Management team. You will lead a small warehouse team, driving pick and pack operations while achieving KPIs for productivity, cost, and quality.

You will report on performance, identify improvements and ensure adherence to safety and process standards. The role requires experience in logistics with people leadership, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics operation with proven people management responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team.
• Decisive and effective decision-making, problem solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of operatives in warehouse pick and pack operations to meet day-to-day requirements.
• Oversee team performance to achieve KPIs for productivity, costs to plan and accuracy of processes.
• Monitor service levels and champion improvement activities to maximise efficiency and quality.
