Job summary

Far'n'Beyond Ltd. in Leeds is seeking driven sales professionals to join our Leeds-based team. This is a hunter role demanding proactive prospecting, rapid rapport, and the ability to convert conversations into results via product demos and value-based selling.

You should have a proven track record in sales or business development, with a mindset focused on targets, resilience, and outbound prospecting to build and close a healthy pipeline. This is an office-based role in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or BD or account management.
• Ability to influence through credible, engaging communication.
• Proactive outbound activity and disciplined follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospective customers, primarily via Microsoft Teams.
• Promote the company’s solutions clearly and confidently, aligning to customer need.
• Manage and convert sales appointments provided by the BDR team.
• Proactively create your own opportunities through targeted outbound activity.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up opportunities with pace and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders.
• Handle objections, identify buying signals and convert interest into action.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently work towards KPIs and sales targets.
