Job summary

Marmax Products in the UK is seeking an outbound sales professional to identify and secure new business through proactive telephone sales. You will be expected to make a minimum of 30 outbound sales calls each working day, building relationships and converting calls into sales.

You will manage CRM records, follow up quotations, and collaborate with colleagues to hit revenue targets, including a first-year aim of approximately £400,000 in sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales or BD.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 30 outbound sales calls each working day.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Convert outbound calls into sales and achieve agreed revenue targets.
• Generate approximately £400,000 in sales during the first 12 months.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Follow up quotations and sales enquiries promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quarterly team sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Keep up to date with company products and promotions.
• Represent Marmax Products professionally at all times.
