Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism and SEMH needs. You’ll help learners develop skills, raise self-esteem and implement inclusive activities across classrooms.

You’ll work closely with teachers to tailor learning and provide consistent support. Ideal candidates will have HLTA or NVQ Level 3 qualifications, strong resilience, and a passion for making positive changes in young people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting children, including those with SEND.
• Ability to plan, work with teachers, and support learning activities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Responsibilities
