Qualifications

• HLTA role supporting children with SEMH and SEND needs.

• Ability to assist with safeguarding and manage challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in the classroom.
• Work with children 1:1 or in small groups.
• Manage classroom resources and displays.
• Take children on trips and visits (manual licence required).
• Participate in therapy sessions or related activities.
