Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Luxborough Court School in Chigwell. You will support pupils aged 5–19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/SEND, helping them learn, develop abilities and raise self-esteem.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Genuine passion for supporting children to learn and grow.
• Enthusiasm and expertise to support your department.
• Ability to plan meetings, work without supervision and liaise with teachers to devise learning activities.
• NVQ Level 3 and HLTA qualification, or equivalent.

Responsibilities
