Connells Group in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join our estate agency team. You will win new instructions, list properties, valuations and deliver exceptional service while benefiting from training, progression, and uncapped commission opportunities.
You’ll build relationships with vendors and buyers, conduct valuations and viewings, negotiate offers and move sales through to completion, with support from the in-house Mortgage Advisors and wider Connells
Qualifications
- Experience in estate agency and ability to win new instructions.
- Proven skills in valuations and negotiating offers.
- Local market knowledge and strong client relationship focus.
- Able to manage the end-to-end sales process and drive customer service.
Responsabilités
- Win new instructions and manage the sales process from listing to completion.
- Conduct valuations, property viewings and feedback to clients.
- Negotiate offers and progress sales to completion.
- Collaborate with branch team and Mortgage Advisors to maximise opportunities.
