Job summary

Hiregiant Ltd is currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver (HGV C+E) to join a long-standing client based in Castle Donington. This role offers ongoing work with shifts on days or nights and weekly pay. You will drive modern curtain-sider or box units across the UK, securing loads and upholding professional customer service at all times.

The position supports nationwide tramping with flexible start times; PAYE and LTD options are accepted, and a dedicated tractor unit is provided per driver.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Ability to strap and secure loads.
• Professional, reliable attitude and willingness to work nationwide tramping.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide range of goods including across the UK.
• Driving modern, well-maintained trucks which is curtain sider or box work.
• Responsible for strapping and securing loads.
• Representing the business professionally while providing excellent service to customers.
