Salary Details

Salary (OTE): circa £57,108

Location: (On‑Site Workshop)

Shift Pattern (rotation)

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 05:00-14:00
• Middle Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00
• Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00-20:00, including a Saturday morning 06:00–10:00
• Overtime – Saturday mornings: 06:00–12:00
• On‑call rota: 1 in 3 weeks (additional payment for on call)

Compensation

• £5,000 Sign‑On Bonus (paid after successful completion of 3‑month settling‑in period)
• First‑Year OTE of circa £57,108
• Annual Bonus (£2,000) recognising ongoing personal and team contribution to fleet safety and operation
• Expected Overtime Earnings (£7,000) paid at 1.5× hourly rate, potentially higher
