Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Liverpool is seeking an experienced HGV Trailer Technician to join our client’s well-established team. You will conduct inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on trailers and heavy vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

The role offers a competitive up to £38,000 per annum with OTE £45,000–£50,000+ with overtime, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, pension, life assurance, seasonal rewards, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HGV Trailer Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical skills with understanding of trailer and heavy vehicle systems.
• Ability to work in a busy workshop and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on trailers and HGVs.
• Work collaboratively within a team committed to safety and high standards.
• Ensure all fleet vehicles meet safety and operational regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults efficiently and effectively.
