Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience as an HGV Technician, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, PSV Technician, or Bus and Coach Technician.
• Strong hands-on industry experience.
• Willing to travel between Leicester and Wolverhampton and be commuting distance to Coventry.
• Interest in moving into training/education role.

Due to continued growth, they are expanding their HGV training team and are looking for experienced Heavy Vehicle Technicians to join them. Full teacher training and qualifications are provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move into education for the first time.

In this role, you will train and mentor HGV apprentices, supporting them through both the practical and the theoretical aspects of their qualifications. Working in modern training facilities, you will help learners develop the technical skills, knowledge, and confidence required to become successful Heavy Vehicle Technicians.

The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 qualified HGV Technician, PSV Technician, Bus and Coach Technician, or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with strong industry experience. Previous teaching or training experience is not required, just a passion for your trade and a desire to help others succeed.
