UNITED UTILITIES GROUP PLC in Widnes, Cheshire, is seeking a qualified HGV Technician to service and repair a large commercial fleet. You’ll work Monday to Friday in a busy workshop, performing servicing, fault finding and MOT preparation to keep our assets safe, reliable and compliant.
You’ll bring NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) and experience on HGVs, with a focus on safety, quality workmanship and teamwork to mentor apprentices and maintain our high standards.

We're looking for a skilled Fleet / HGV Technician with an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair to join our Transport Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy workshop environment supporting the maintenance of approximately 2,300 company assets, including around 300 HGV vehicles, while benefiting from a Monday to Friday working pattern.
As part of our fast-paced Transport Services team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our fleet remains safe, reliable and compliant. You'll undertake servicing, repairs, diagnostics and HGV MOT preparation work, using your technical expertise to identify and rectify faults while supporting the efficient operation of the workshop.
We're looking for a qualified and safety-conscious Fleet / HGV Technician with an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair and experience of working on HGVs and commercial fleet vehicles.
Salary - £52,192.97
