Job summary

Estella Group Limited in Grantham is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join a growing team. You will service, repair, and maintain HGVs and commercial vehicles, diagnose faults, and prepare vehicles for MOT and safety inspections.

The role emphasizes accurate paperwork, safe working practices, and contributing to a collaborative workshop environment with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in HGV/PSV/LCV maintenance and repair.
• Experience as HGV/PSV/LCV technician or similar.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Reliable and punctual, works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical faults.
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and safety inspections.
• Accurately complete job cards and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Work effectively as part of an experienced workshop team.
