Job summary

CD Auto Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a qualified HGV Technician for a permanent days role based in the depot workshop. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heavy goods vehicles to high standards.

Experience on HGVs or NVQ level 3 with IRTEC is preferred. Driving licenses (Class 1/2) are advantageous and full-time hours apply with overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working on HGVs or equivalent qualifications.
• IRTEC qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HGVs in the depot workshop.
• Work to UK regulations and company standards.
• Support overtime and occasional bonus opportunities as part of the role.

Job Description:

Working with the UK's BEST Engineering Companies; the exciting role of HGV Technician has become available on a permanent position. The role will involve you being based in the depot workshop.

Desired Skills and Experience:

You will either have experience working on HGVs and/or the qualifications to do so such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent & IRTEC qualified. Not essential but ideally you will have a Class 1, Class 2, 7.5 Tonne driving license as well as experience working on a variety of commercial vehicles.
