Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV/Commercial Vehicle Technician for a busy Heathrow fleet workshop. The role requires at least one year of vehicle technician experience, a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, and a valid driving licence.

You will service, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial vehicles, working across engines, transmissions, brakes and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ or equivalent).
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair commercial and fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
• Carry out repairs to engines, transmissions, brakes and suspension.
• Complete routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician or Fleet Technician to join a busy fleet workshop in Heathrow. Applicants must have at least one year's experience as a Vehicle Technician, hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) and possess a valid driving licence. Experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicles, including Transits and Sprinters, is advantageous.

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £56,000 per annum

Hours: Split Shifts – 6:00am–3:00pm / 1:00pm–10:00pm
