Job summary

A leading utility services provider in Yorkshire seeks a motivated HGV Jetting Engineer to operate jetting equipment and perform drainage tasks. This permanent position offers a friendly working environment and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Ideal candidates hold an HGV Class 2 licence, with a CPC preferred. Job description

We are thrilled to announce a major contract win with Yorkshire Water, supporting them in proactively and reactively maintaining their Wastewater Network for the next five years and beyond! Our team is now recruiting for a HGV Jetting Engineer to join our group in Yorkshire.

About The Role

• Location: Bradford
• Role type: Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week
• Salary: Dependent on experience

Responsibilities

• Operate high‑spec jetting equipment and vacuumation units.
• Carry out drainage‑related tasks, including blockage clearance, pipe cleansing programmes, and emergency reactive works across the Bradford area.
• Work as part of a two‑person team.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• HGV Class 2 licence, with no more than 6 penalty points ideally.
• A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is desirable.
• Competent in using an electronic device – laptop / tablet for data entry.
• Physical fitness and lots of energy.
• An in‑date CSCS would be advantageous – however this could be obtained if necessary.
