Sunbelt Rentals Limited. is seeking a hardworking HGV Driver to join our team in Bristol to manage timely collections and deliveries from customer sites while meeting customer expectations.

You will operate commercial vehicles, perform safety checks, visit customer sites and ensure compliance with safety and working time regulations. The role requires a UK HGV Class 2 licence, CPC, tachograph card, and a proactive safety mindset.

Formación

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• CPC certification.
• Tachograph card.
• Experience driving HGV Class 2 vehicles.
• Commitment to vehicle safety and compliance.
• Polite manner when visiting customer premises.
• Geographical knowledge and industry experience preferred.
• Ability to use IT systems.
• FORS compliance desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Operate commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods.
• Ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as the safe loading, unloading and security of the vehicle load.
• Visit customer locations, communicating with both internal and external customers.
• Ensure that the legal and company safety requirements, alongside the working time directive regulations are adhered to at all time.

About The Role

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of driving license category C - with no more than 6 points
• CPC Certified
• Tachograph card
• Experience driving a HGV Class 2 vehicle
• Proactive approach to safety of company vehicles and other drivers
