DHL Supply Chain in Stoke-on-Trent is hiring for a permanent full-time HGV driver role. You will deliver goods safely and on time, with multi-drop routes and daily vehicle checks as part of your typical day.

We welcome new passes, though prior driving experience is advantageous; the role offers flexible patterns and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Valid HGV Class 1 or 2 licence (C or CE) with Driver CPC and tachograph card.
• New passes welcomed; prior experience is advantageous.
• Safe driving mindset with knowledge of hours regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive.
• Comply with health and safety standards and The Highway Code.
• Regularly complete vehicle checks.
• Manual handling of customer products.
• Perform multi-drop deliveries (4–14 per day).
• Deliver food to stores and petrol forecourts.

Pay Rate: £36,892.78

Grade: Collective Agreement

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Any 7 out of 14 (3 days one week and 4 the next (Saturday included in the 4 day shift))

• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• Manual handling of customer products
• Multi-drop deliveries 4-14 a day
• delivering food to stores and petrol forecourts

This Role Would Suit People Who

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 or 2 Driving Licence (C or C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• New passes welcome but previous experience would be advantageous
