Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for our Food Distribution site at Magna Park, Lutterworth. This is a full-time role with an average 12-hour shift. Pay ranges from £19.30 to £24.40 per hour depending on day and time.

Shift patterns include 4 on 4 off with start times of 00:30, Thursday–Sunday at 12:00, or 4 on 4 off plus Tuesday–Saturday at 21:00. You will perform store deliveries, some long-distance runs, and pallet transfers into stores.

Qualifications

• 6 months Class 1 driving experience.
• CPC qualification.
• Tachograph card.

Staffline is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for our clients' Food Distribution site based in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

Estimated hourly pay using consolidated rates:

• Weekday and night £19.30 per hour
• Saturday day and night £22.40 per hour
• Sunday day and night £24.40 per hour

This is a full-time role, average of 12 hours per shift and starting times are:

• 4 on 4 off, 00:30
• Thursday - Sunday, 12:00
• 4 on 4 off + Tuesday - Saturday, 21:00

Your Time at Work

As a HGV Class 1 Driver your duties include:

• Carry out one store per run + collection, some long-distance deliveries.
• Some store required pallet back door into store delivery.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have excellent communication skills and be able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.

Applicants will have 6 months class 1 driving experience, CPC and tacho card.
