Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd in Nottingham is seeking multiple HGV Drivers to join the team. Roles include Class 1 or 2 vehicles with flexible start times across days and nights, delivering bulk multi-drops and loading/unloading using tail lifts.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, with day rate £15.83 per hour PAYE and night rate £16.33 per hour PAYE. Applicants must hold valid UK licences (Class 1/2), DCPC, and up to 6 points, and be prepared for a quick driving assessment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (category C&E/C).
• Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• 6 months minimum driving experience.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A safety-first mindset.

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Nottingham area. We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team.

Please note that Class 1 and 2 can apply - typically driving a class 2 vehicle however, on occasions may be Class 1 vehicle.

Shifts: Operation runs across Monday to Sunday.

Start Times: Days and afternoons (drivers need to be flexible with start times)

Pay Rate:

• Day time £15.83 per hour PAYE.
• Night Rates £16.33 per hour PAYE.
