Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd.a0is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing temporary assignments at our Raunds depot. The role involves trunking and deliveries to NDCs/RDCs, with day and night shift patterns and competitive pay rates. Immediate starts available for successful candidates, with free on-site parking for staff.

Shifts run Thursday to Monday from 3am, with day and night pay scales listed. You will operate within WTD and EU regulations, ensuring timely deliveries and high customer service

Qualifications

• At least 6 Months of Class one driving experience required.
• UK Driving Licence with a Cat C+E entitlement.
• Digi & CPC Card; No more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Immediate start for successful candidates.
• Free onsite secure colleague car parking.

Responsibilities

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicle checks.
• Refueling vehicles.
• Multi drop deliveries.
• Interdepot and RDC deliveries.
• Manual Handling trolleys.
• Maintain highest levels of customer service and orders fulfilled on time and in full.

Ongoing Temporary/Ad- Hoc Work Available

We are currently recruitingHGV Class 2 Driversfor ongoing temporary assignments to join our busy depot inRaunds, Wellingborough. This role primarily involvestrunking and deliveries to NDCs and RDCs, offering regular work, competitive pay rates, and immediate starts for successful candidates.

Shift Patterns Available

• Thursday to Monday start time from 3am

Day pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £15.83 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.81)
• Saturday £17.81
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.75

Nights pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £18.09 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.35)
• Saturday £20.35
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.14

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Driving with-in the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refueling vehicles.
• Multi drop deliveries.
• Interdepot and RDC deliveries.
• Manual Handling trolleys
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• At least 6 Months of Class one driving experience required.
