Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client in Corby, Northamptonshire. This ongoing role offers regular routes, immediate start and weekly pay. Training provided and opportunities for progression.

Day-to-day duties include multi-drop deliveries (4-8 drops), curtain side with FLT tipping, and ensuring loads are secure while adhering to UK road regulations. No handball, Monday to Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C / Class 2 driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months Class 2 driving experience.
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences.
• Valid UK Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Class 2 multi-drop deliveries. 4-8 Drops per day.
• No handball involved - Curtain side with FLT tipping at Location.
• Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Adhering to UK traffic laws and regulations
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers
• Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure

HGV Class 2 Driver - ONGOING WORK - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE - REGULAR ROUTES - NO HANDBALL- NO WEEKENDS

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Corby, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Truck Driver.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• Start times: 05:00 / 06:00

Rates of Pay:

• £16.00 per hour - Monday to Friday basic
• £19.50 per hour - Overtime after 9 hours
