Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Raunds, Wellingborough, is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for ongoing temporary assignments at our busy dairy logistics depot. The role focuses on trunking and deliveries to NDCs and RDCs, with regular work and immediate starts for successful candidates.

Shift patterns include Thursday to Monday starts from 3am, with day and night rates as listed and overtime opportunities. The company operates a modern fleet and offers on-site parking and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ Class 1 driving experience
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Trunking and RDC/NDC deliveries
• Vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Vehicle preparation and refuelling
• Compliance with WTD and EU Drivers’ Hours regulations
• Safe and efficient operation of company vehicles
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Ensuring deliveries are completed on time and in full

We are currently recruitingHGV Class 1 Driversfor ongoing temporary assignments to join our busy depot inRaunds, Wellingborough. This role primarily involvestrunking and deliveries to NDCs and RDCs, offering regular work, competitive pay rates, and immediate starts for successful candidates.

Shift Patterns Available

• Thursday to Monday start time from 3am

Pay Rates

Days

• Monday – Friday:£17.30 per hour
• Overtime after 47.5 hours:£19.46 per hour
• Saturday:£19.46 per hour
• Sunday & Bank Holidays:£25.95 per hour

Nights

• Monday – Friday:£19.77 per hour
• Overtime after 47.5 hours:£21.92 per hour
• Saturday:£21.92 per hour
• Sunday & Bank Holidays:£28.41 per hour

Only30 minutes break deducted per shift

Key Responsibilities
