Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Raunds is recruiting for experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for full-time, temp‑to‑perm roles at our depot. The role involves deliveries to NDCs, RDCs and trunking, with a modern fleet and immediate starts after assessment.

Shifts Thursday to Monday, day or night rates with overtime. Requires UK licence Cat C+E, Digi & CPC, and excellent customer service. Onsite parking available; driving within WTD and EU regs.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Class 1 driving experience required.
• UK Driving Licence with Cat C+E entitlement.
• Digi & CPC Card.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Immediate start for successful candidates.
• Free onsite secured colleague car parking.

Responsibilities

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicle checks.
• Refueling vehicles.
• Multi‑drop deliveries.
• Interdepot and RDC deliveries.
• Manual handling of trolleys.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and on‑time deliveries.
