Job summary

Jewson York, part of the STARK Building Materials UK family, is seeking a customer delivery driver to join our team. You will safely deliver building materials to customers with a professional, friendly approach, handling loading/unloading, crane operation, and supporting colleagues on a multi-drop route.

We provide a fully funded induction at our training academy, ALLMI-accredited vehicle mounted crane licence, and a package including 34 days holiday, pension, life assurance, staff discounts

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence is required.
• CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card are required.
• Multidrop experience is a bonus, not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers on multi‑drop routes.
• Load and unload goods at customer sites and sites onboard cranes as needed.
• Operate the vehicle mounted crane and assist teammates as required.
• Maintain professional, friendly interactions with customers throughout the day.
