Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK (Jewson Glasgow) is seeking an HGV Class 2 driver to join the team and deliver building materials to customers across the Glasgow area. You will operate a vehicle-mounted crane, assist loading and unloading, and support colleagues to ensure timely, professional service.

The role includes a funded induction, ongoing CPC training, and opportunities for career progression within STARK Group.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Multidrop experience handy but not essential

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers.
• Load and unload goods and operate the crane as required.
• Support team members and provide a professional, friendly service.
• Act as a representative of the company on site.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we'll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you'll do, to where you will be delivering. You'll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it's not a necessity
