Job summary

Jewson Flitwick, part of STARK Building Materials UK, is hiring a Customer Delivery Driver to safely deliver building materials to customers and operate a crane when required. You will cover an area including Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Letchworth, St Neots and Hoddesdon, with a supportive team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence required.
• CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card required.
• Experience with multidrop is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers from Jewson Flitwick and surrounding branches.
• Load/unload goods and operate the crane (HIAB) as required.
• Cover absence within a designated area and support teammates when needed.

Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role. As an Area driver you will be required to cover absence within a designated area.You will be assigned to our **Jewson Flitwick** branch and required to cover a cluster of branches.These branches are; Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Letchworth, St Neots and Hoddesdon.**What are we looking for?** A valid **HGV Class 2** (Category C) licenceA valid **CPC Card** and **Digi Tachograph** cardWhilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity Want to be part of our team?
