Job summary

Pertemps Worcester is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver for a temp-to-perm role based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This position involves multi-drop deliveries of refrigerated food to stores using 10-tonne and 5-tonne vehicles, with some van work as needed.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, day hours starting from 6:30am. PAYE rate is £15.50 per hour, negotiable with experience. There is potential for permanent placement after the temporary period.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC card required.
• Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience.
• Comfort driving in London and customer-facing deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries of refrigerated food to stores.

Pertemps is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Stratford-upon-Avon, completing multi-drop deliveries of refrigerated food to stores.

You’ll drive a mixture of 10-tonne and 5-tonne vehicles, with occasional van work depending on delivery requirements. The Class 2 hourly rate applies to all hours worked, including van driving.

This role would suit a reliable driver who enjoys customer-facing delivery work and is comfortable driving in London.

What you’ll need

• A valid Category C / HGV Class 2 licence.
