Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC (DQC Card).
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Safe, reliable and professional approach with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out deliveries and collections safely and efficiently.
• Completing daily vehicle safety checks.
• Loading and unloading goods when required.
• Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining customer signatures.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Following all road transport legislation and health & safety procedures.

Best Time Ltd is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver on behalf of one of our valued clients based in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for weekday work, weekly pay with a well‑established company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
• Completing daily vehicle safety checks
• Loading and unloading goods when required
• Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining customer signatures
• Providing excellent customer service
• Following all road transport legislation and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Valid Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
• Minimum 1 year's HGV Class 2 driving experience
• Valid Driver CPC (DQC Card)
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable and safety‑conscious approach
• Maximum 6 penalty points
• No DD, DR, CD, DG or TT endorsements
