Job summary

CTRG Limited in Derby is recruiting an experienced Class 2 HGV driver for local multi-drop work. You'll trunk full pallet loads to grocers and wholesalers, delivering a high standard of service with good timekeeping.

Expect shifts starting around 0600, with varied patterns. Applicants should have at least 2 years of Class 2 driving, a valid licence, CPC and Digi Card, and a clean license with no more than six points. Health and safety rules apply.

CTRG Limited are looking for Class 2 Driver in Derby.

HGV Class 2 Driver Role

Location: Derby, DE55 2DT

Role: HGV Class 2 AM Driver. Multi drop, local work

Pay Rate:

£17 per hour (PAYE)

£19.05 per Hour (PAYE + Hol)

Job Type: Local multi drop work.

Shifts: Various shift patterns available, start times around 0600 (occasionally slightly earlier depending on the run)

What You'll Be Doing:

CTRG Limited are looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to support with the local operational work at our site in Derby.

You will be working for one of our most prestigious brands on the UK market, you will be part of a fast-growing team with an excellent fleet of vehicles available to you. You will be expected to Trunk full pallet loads to grocers and wholesalers, providing excellent service and good time keeping.

Candidates who apply must have a minimum 2 years HGV Class 1 driving experience.

Must have:

• Valid Class 2 (C) licence
• Minimum 2 years Class 2 experience
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Standard driver qualifications required (CPC & Digi Card)

• Understanding of Driver's Hours & Working Time Directive
• Ability to complete vehicle safety checks and report defects
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
• Drivers must undergo a written assessment, driving assessment, and drug & alcohol screening

Rates:

PAYE rates (standard and RUH available)

Days £16.20 - £18.16 p/h

Nights £18.51 to £20.74 p/h

Overtime£23.14 to £25.93 p/h

6th Shift payment: £37.02 to £41.48 p/h
